Returns

• If shoes does not fit or you don't like them, purchased items can be returned within 14 days.
• Choose in your order history what items you want to return and write reason of return. Please comment do you want money refund or change size or style of shoes.
• Product return expenses is paid by customer.
• Returns can be made:

• Items can't be returned if the product has been damaged or has signs of wearing (shoes can be tried indoors).
• Items must be returned in its original box.
• After receiving shoes, we will refund money for goods or generate coupon if customer wants to change size or style of ordered shoes. Delivery costs are not refundable.
